Welcome to Sea Time Experience. By accessing or using our website and booking any of our maritime experiences, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. General Information
The website seatimeexperience.com (hereinafter, “the Site”) is operated by Sea Time Experience, based in Fajardo, Puerto Rico.
These terms apply to all navigation services, excursions, private or group experiences, and aquatic activities offered under the Sea Time Experience brand.
2. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
A reservation is considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been received and the customer has received a confirmation email.
Prices may vary depending on the season, day of the week, or type of experience (Half Day, Full Day, VIP, etc.).
Unless otherwise specified, prices include the captain, vessel, fuel, and basic equipment.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through secure and authorized platforms.
Sea Time Experience does not store credit or debit card information directly.
To confirm your booking, a partial deposit or full payment is required depending on the type of experience.
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours: a 25% administrative fee applies.
Cancellations within 48 hours or “no-shows”: no refunds will be issued.
If the captain or Sea Time Experience staff determines that sea or weather conditions are unsafe, the experience may be rescheduled or a full refund will be offered.
No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or failure to attend.
5. Weather and Safety Conditions
All departures are subject to favorable weather conditions.
Sea Time Experience reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to maritime safety concerns, sea conditions, or Coast Guard decisions.
The captain has final authority over the safety of the vessel and its passengers.
All passengers must follow crew instructions and wear life jackets when required.
6. Liability
Participants acknowledge that aquatic activities involve certain inherent risks.
Sea Time Experience is not responsible for personal injuries, loss of personal belongings, damages, or accidents resulting from participant negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
The client assumes full responsibility for any intentional or negligent damage caused to the vessel or its equipment.
7. Website Use
It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or redistribute content from this website without prior authorization.
We reserve the right to update prices, images, or descriptions without prior notice.
Use of this site implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, videos, and materials on this website are the property of Sea Time Experience and are protected by copyright laws.
Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
9. Modifications
Sea Time Experience may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will take effect once published on this website.
